• File Holder: Fundación Universitaria San Pablo CEU (hereinafter, FUSP-CEU).
• Purpose: Answer the request for information and keep you informed about initiatives of interest to you. It is expected that profiles will be drawn up.
• Legitimacy: Consent of the party concerned.
• Consignees: It is expected that personal data will be assigned to third parties (see additional information). International data transfers are not expected.
• Rights: Access, rectification, limitation on processing and submission of claims to the supervisory authorities, along with other rights, as explained in the additional information.
• Use of image: In compliance with the provisions of Law 1/1982, of 5 May, on the right to honour, personal and family privacy and own image, we request your consent to allow FUSP-CEU to fully or partially reproduce your image, and, as appropriate, those of your sons/daughters, taken when our events are held, whilst respecting the rights recognised under that law at all times. This authorisation and the subsequent assignment of rights is free-of-charge and solely given for the purposes of distribution and/or promotion of the activities organised by FUSP-CEU, via FUSP-CEU's communications media, web sites and social networks.
